CritiClean ESD wiper is antistatic, extremely low in particle generation and extremely low in chemical extractables.
This fabric consists of premium quality virgin polyester fibers and carbon core nylon fibers that are continuously
filamented throughout the no-run knit construction. CritiClean ESD wipers are knitted on state-of-the-art equipment
especially for use in cleanrooms. This fabric undergoes a multitude of special processes that include cleaning,
scouring, laser cutting, and a special proprietary cleaning process. Most importantly, each CritiClean ESD wipe is
laundered in a class 100 cleanroom using ultra-filtered water of 0.45 micron purity and HEPA-filtered air during
moisture removal. All CritiClean ESD wipe products are hermetically sealed in cleanroom-cleaned packaging under
class 10 air-stream. These wipes are individually inspected with lot-to-lot traceability and using ISO 9000 standards.

Criti-Clean Class 10 Sealed Edge Wipes are extremely low in particle emissions and ionic levels. A laser beam cuts
and melts each fiber along each edge hence reducing the chance of particle emission. Each wipe is then laundered
in a class 10 cleanroom laundry, individually inspected and hermetically sealed in cleanroom bags. Criti-Clean Class
10 Sealed Edge Wipes are standard weight, absorbent, abrasion resistant and made from 100% no-run polyester.

Criti-Clean Heavyweight Class 10 Sealed Edge Wipes are extremely low in particle emissions and ionic levels. A laser

Criti-Clean 2-Ply Polyester Knit cleanroom wipers are comprised of two plies of continuous filament knitted
polyester. The two layers are heat-bonded together and the edges are laser cut and sealed. These unique processes
result in very low particulates, low chemical extractables and high abrasion resistance. Furthermore, the unique
bonding technique of the two layers are synergistically conducive to high absorption.
